Request for Key Replacement

The form below covers requests for our Common Area Gate Key, which is used to enter and exit the Pool Area, enter the Fitness Room, and open the pedestrian gates located around the complex. Please mark the appropriate area for the key you are requesting.

Two keys are issued per Unit at no charge. New owners should receive all keys from the seller. New owners who do not receive keys at closing are issued two keys at no cost. 

There is a $50.00 charge for ADDITIONAL keys or REPLACEMENT keys. Owners wishing to receive an additional key for any reason must complete this form and send it to Ogden & Company at the address shown on the form along with a check in the amount of $50.00 made payable to Village at Towne Center.
