Request for Architectural Approval

Please read the Architectural Guidelines before completing this Request Form by clicking HERE.

To submit a request for approval, please complete the form below. Provide sufficient detail, including location and description of architectural request. You may upload attachments if you wish.  Your request will be automatically forwarded to Julie Grommes, Ogden & Company, who will forward the request to the Architectural Chair for assignment.

An Architectural Committee Member will contact you to confirm your request and conduct follow up. The member will also secure Board approval, if necessary.  You can expect a response to your request in no more than 30 days.

You should not proceed with your architectural change request without a written response from the Board of Directors. In the event the Board fails to respond with 30 days, the request shall be deemed denied.
