Please DO NOT set out blocks of birdseed in the Common Elements of the complex. While it might be nice to watch the birds, these blocks also attract rodents, insects, and other unwelcome visitors.
Hummingbird feeders SHOULD NOT be hung in trees because they restrict our landscapers from doing their job, and they attract a variety of insects, like ants, bees, wasps, and so on.
Residents are allowed to hang hummingbird feeders from balconies and patios even though they risk attracting ants, bees and wasps, and other insects. Seed bird feeders hung from balconies are also allowed, but are NOT encouraged because of the mess they make in the lower patios from bird droppings. Please be respectful of your lower level neighbors.
